این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای لاویج واقع شده است که حدود 18 کیلومتر تا شهر چمستان و حدود 30 کیلومتر تا شهر نور فاصله دارد.
کلبه با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه شیب دار کلبه با دیوار کوتاه محصور می باشد و یک کلبه سوئیسی با ورودی مجزا در مجاورت اقامتگاه قرار دارد،
میزبان در فاصله ای نزدیک از مجموعه ساکن است و جهت تامین امنیت، نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر و یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
