این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای ایلوار دانگه واقع شده است که تا شهر کردکوی حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با 4 پله در دسترس است و دارای حیاطی دنج می باشد که از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی خانه ویلایی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
