این ویلا دو خوابه مستر با استخر و جکوزی در روستای کردزار شهریار واقع شده است که با ورودی تهران حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی این ویلا می توان میز بیلیارد و فوتبال دستی، سیستم صوتی و آتشدان را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد. قابل ذکر است ویلا دارای اتاق خواب سوم نیز می باشد که در آن قفل و غیرقابل استفاده برای مهمانان است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در همین محوطه با دروازه ورودی جداگانه سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه حیاط و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
