این ویلای سه خوابه استخردار در فاصله ای نزدیک از ساحل دریا در روستای چاکسر واقع شده است که تا شهر سرخرود حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخر سرپوشیده، میز فوتبال دستی، میز ایرهاکی، تخته و باربیکیو اشاره نمود.
خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه همکف با دسترسی پنج پله دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه دوم با دسترسی حدود ده پله دارای دو اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در نزدیکی واحد سکونت د ارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
