این ویلای چهار طبقه با 6 اتاق خواب مستر به همراه شاه نشین دلباز و آسانسور در جاده ساحلی شهر چابکسر واقع شده است.
فاصله ویلا تا ساحل دریا حدود یک کیلومتر و با شهر چابکسر حدود 10 کیلومتر می باشد.
پذیرایی هر طبقه و تمام اتاق خواب های ویلا دارای بالکن می باشد و در محوطه حیاط نیز میز و صندلی با چتر سایبان قرار دارد.
ویلا در طبقه همکف دارای استخر سرپوشیده با جکوزی و سونای خشک می باشد، همچنین یک سالن بازی با میز بیلیارد و فوتبال دستی نیز در مجاورت استخر قرار گرفته است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، طبقه دوم سالن و سه اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد، در طبقه سوم سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و دو اتاق خواب مستر تعبیه شده و در طبقه چهارم شاه نشین با دیوار شیشه ای فراهم شده است.
در نظر داشته باشید با توجه به طبقاتی بودن ویلا، برای استفاده از طبقات بالاتر باید از آسانسور یا راه پله استفاده نمایید و امکان دسترسی از داخل پذیرایی به طبقات بالاتر وجود ندارد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در همین محوطه و در ورودی حیاط سکونت دارد.
