این ویلای دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است با حیاطی دنج در جاده سهیلیه واقع شده است که در حدود 10 کیلومتر با کردان و حدود 45 کیلومتری با شهر تهران قرار دارد.
از امکانات ویلا می توان به میز فوتبال دستی، باربیکیو و آلاچیق که فضای مناسبی برای شب نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان عزیز مهیا کرده، اشاره کرد.
فضای داخلی ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام و سرویس فرنگی ویلا در اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نگهبان در کوچه مستقر است.
در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می گردد، لذا توصیه می شود جهت آشامیدن با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشید، همچنین سوخت مصرفی واحد توسط کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
