This one-bedroom master suite is located in the beautiful coastal village of Chonchan Zibakenar, approximately 10 km from Anzali city and 20 km from Rasht city.
The suite is on the ground floor of a 26-unit residential complex and features a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. It should be noted that the only bathroom and toilet in the unit are located inside the bedroom.
Shared amenities include a game room, gym, restaurant, courtyard, and an Iranian toilet.
Dear guests can order breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the restaurant with prior arrangement and separate payment, and enjoy them at the restaurant.
An indoor swimming pool with a dry sauna is also available within the complex, which can be used by guests on a session basis (one hour) with prior arrangement with the host and separate payment.
The presence of a billiard table, foosball, air hockey, game room (PS4), gym, fire pit, and a courtyard equipped with gazebos provides an attractive and pleasant space for evening gatherings and get-togethers for dear guests.

For your daily needs, you can use the supermarket and bakery located approximately 100 meters from the accommodation.
Please note that the municipal tap water is not potable, so it is recommended to bring bottled water.
