این خانه دو خوابه در فاصله چند قدمی از ساحل دریا در روستای حاجی بکنده واقع شده است که با شهر زیباکنار حدود 9 کیلومتر و با شهر بندرانزلی حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در یک مجتمع اقامتی 10 واحدی قرار دارد که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک اتاق دارای حمام) و حمام با سرویس ایرانی اختصاصی می باشد.
حیاط مجموعه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و واحد نگهبانی به صورت 24 ساعته در مجموعه مستقر می باشد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه و ورودی مجموعه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 تا 700 متری استفاده نمایند.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
