این خانه روستایی یکخوابه در روستای طالکوه از توابع توتکابن واقع شده است که با شهر رودبار حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این خانه که چیدمان فضای داخلی آن نشان دهنده ذوق و سلیقه میزبان می باشد به گونه ای طراحی شده است که با دسترسی حدود 8 پله دارای ایوان دلباز، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف به وسیله پرچین و سیم خاردار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است در محوطه خانه چند سگ نگهبان مهربان و وفادار حضور دارند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 300 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود سه کیلومتری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است ولی همراه اول از پوشش خدمات ضعیف تری برخوردار است، همچنین وای فای رایگان در اختیار مهمانان قرار داده می شود.
گفتنی است که حدود 200 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو می باشد.
