The house, whose interior design reflects the host's taste, is designed with access via about 8 steps and features a spacious balcony, living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and an Iranian toilet with a bathroom.
The courtyard area is enclosed on all four sides by a hedge and barbed wire.
It should be noted that there are several friendly and loyal guard dogs present in the house's yard.
Dear guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket approximately 300 meters away and a bakery approximately three kilometers from the house.
