این اتاق در یک مجموعه اقامتی 5 واحدی با امکان سفارش غذا در روستای سهیلی و در فاصله حدود 55 کیلومتری جزیره زیبای قشم واقع شده است که تا فرودگاه نیز 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق 11 متری دارای یک تخت دو نفره و اسپیلت می باشد و همچنین از مشاعات می توان به آشپزخانه اشتراکی، حمام با سرویس ایرانی، محوطه حیاط اشاره کرد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد، میزبان نیز در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین سفارش غذا در وعده های ناهار و شام و ترنسفر رفت و برگشت با هماهنگی میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
توجه داشته باشید که آب مصرفی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
با توجه به شرایط خاص جزیره اقامتگاه فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری است و سوخت آن از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
