The surrounding area is enclosed by a wall on one side and opens to the sea on the other three sides. A security guard resides within the complex, and for enhanced security, the entrance and premises are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Shared amenities in this complex include a spacious open area, traditional beds by the sea, and Iranian-style restrooms.
It is worth noting that meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) can be provided with prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
Guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately 500 to 800 meters away for their daily needs.
