این ویلا سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است در روستای طبل واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 3 کیلومتر و با شهر قشم حدود 67 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، دوش آفتابی و حیاط محوطه کاری شده فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق مخزن تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت این ویلا از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 3 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
