این سوئیت یکخوابه در یک ساختمان دو طبقه 3 واحدی در فاصله ای نزدیک از دریا در بندر سیراف واقع شده است که حدود 25 کیلومتر با شهر کنگان فاصله دارد.
این واحد با حدود 14 پله دسترسی در طبقه دوم قرار دارد و طراحی آن به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب بدون درب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی است، در نظر داشته باشید پنجره های این واحد فاقد پرده می باشند.
محوطه مشترک ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده و جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، پارکینگ و حیاط خلوت مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
