این خانه با دسترسی حدود 35 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان 4 طبقه 6 واحدی قرار گرفته است و طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب با تراس دلباز واقع شده است.
اطراف ساختمان با دیوار کوتاه شهرکی محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر پارکینگ و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد.
