این خانه مبله دو خوابه با فاصله حدود 300 متری از ساحل دریا در بندر سیراف واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 14 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان یک واحدی واقع شده است و لازم به ذکر است حمام و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی در قسمت ورودی واقع شده است. همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه و خیابان ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
