این اتاق 15 متری دارای دو تخت تک نفره، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی با حمام، تلویزیون و یخچال می باشد.
ساختمان دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته می باشد که در ورودی ساختمان و در پذیرش مستقر است، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و راهرو مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است دروازه ورودی، راهرو و راه پله بصورت مشترک با سایر مهمانان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 50 متری از ساختمان استفاده نمایند.
