این سوئیت با صبحانه رایگان چشم انداز زیبا در دل کوه و باغ های مرکبات روستای آبچالکی واقع شده است که با شهر لنگرود حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی سوئیت به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، فضای خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی در داخل واحد و سرویس ایرانی با طی چند پله در حیاط قرار دارد، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید که سوئیت فاقد آشپزخانه و امکانات پخت و پز می باشد.
اقامتگاه در مجموعه ای دو واحدی دارای کافه و رستوران اختصاصی است و سرو غذا در وعده های ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکانپذیر است.
اطراف محوطه مجموعه با فنس محصور است و نگهبان روزانه نیز در محوطه حضور دارد، همچنین لازم به ذکر است که مهمانان گرامی می بایست خودروهای خود را در فاصله حدود 250 متری از اقامتگاه پارک نمایند و مابقی مسیر را پیاده و یا با خودروهای آفرودی مجموعه طی کنند. ضمنا استفاده از خودروهای مجموعه تا ساعت 6 بعدازظهر رایگان و بعد از آن شامل هزینه 350 هزار تومانی می باشد.

مهمانان برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت در حدود 250 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری واحد استفاده نمایند.
