این کلبه سوئیسی با حیاطی دلباز و دیوار شیشه ای در روستای کوره بر واقع شده است که تا شهر لاهیجان حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
در محوطه حیاط بزرگ و دلباز این ویلا میز و صندلی باغی با چتر سایبان برای استفاده مهمانان تعبیه شده است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در نیم طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب با دیوار شیشه ای قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه اطراف، دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
سرو غذا در وعده های ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 80 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
