این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با حیاط نقلی و دلباز در روستای گردرودبار واقع شده است و با شهر گلوگاه حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب فاقد در و تراس قرار گرفته است.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده و حیاط به صورت مشترک با واحد دیگر استفاده می شود، همچنین میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد و گفتنی است قسمتی از حیاط نیمه ساز است و ساختمانی در همسایگی در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 15 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
