این ویلای دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است به همراه استخر در منطقه زغفرانیه واقع شده است که با کردان حدود 20 کیلومتر و با ورودی تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا دوبلکس به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، سیستم صوتی، آشپزخانه و استخر می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب (یک خواب مستر)، سرویس ایرانی با حمام و تراسی دلباز تعبیه شده است، لازم به ذکر است واحد دارای آلاچیق و میز و صندلی در تراس طبقه بالا می باشد که فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی فراهم کرده است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور می باشد، همچنین به منظور برقراری امنیت بیشتر نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن می باشد.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
