این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در جاده رشت به سنگر واقع شده است که تا شهر سنگر حدود 2 کیلومتر و تا شهر رشت حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این کلبه با دسترسی حدود 4 پله در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب که فاقد در قرار گرفته است.
حیاط این کلبه از یک طرف با دیوار و از 3 طرف با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی کلبه سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
