این ویلای دوبلکس در محدوده خیابان فرشتگان در منطقه مهرآباد واقع شده است که حدود 7 کیلومتر با رودهن و حدود 40 کیلومتر با ورودی شهر تهران فاصله دارد.
ویلا دارای امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، بالکن دلباز، میز بیلیارد، سیستم صوتی، آتشکده و آبنما می باشد که فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند. طراحی ویلا نیز به گونه ای است که با حدود 10 پله دسترسی دارای پذیرایی با میز بیلیارد، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب مستر و تراس قرار دارد.
توجه داشته باشید که آب مصرفی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
در حیاط میز و صندلی باغی قرار دارد و اطراف آن نیز از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور می باشد. سرایدار نیز در محوطه ساکن است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتر از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
