این کلبه جنگلی به همراه تراس و وان جکوزی با چشم انداز کوه و دریا در روستای اربه کله واقع شده است که با شهر رامسر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
کلبه بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و دسترسی به واحد با پیمودن حدود 3 پله از حیاط ورودی ممکن است.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، تراس با وان جکوزی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در نیم طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد. در نظر داشته باشید که کلبه فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
محوطه حیاط به واسطه جنگلی بودن منطقه و حفظ بافت روستایی فاقد دیوار و حصار می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
