این اتاق با صبحانه سرد رایگان در یک مجموعه بومگردی با شش اتاق در روستای مسن جزیره قشم واقع شده که تا شهر قشم حدود 38 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق 12 متری دارای تخت دبل، یخچال و اسپیلت می باشد و از مشاعات مجموعه می توان محوطه حیاط، سکوی مرکزی و دو عدد سرویس ایرانی با حمام را نام برد.
سرو غذا در وعده های ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
حیاط مجموعه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
