این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه مستر در روستای باغستان واقع شده است که با شهر پارسیان حدود دو کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که با دسترسی 4 پله در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی و آشپزخانه می باشد، در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 12 پله، اتاق خواب مستر و یک بالکن قرار دارد، همچنین یک سرویس ایرانی در حیاط می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که تنها حمام واحد در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
گفتنی است چهار طرف محوطه اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده می باشد و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین در قسمتی از محوطه حیاط تعدادی مرغ و خروس نگهداری می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
مهمانان گرامی جهت آشامیدن با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند، همچنین سوخت مصرفی اقامتگاه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 20 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی می باشد که قابل تردد با خودرو است.
