این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه که دارای ایوان بزرگ می باشد در روستای پاچکنار واقع شده است که تا پل جانبازان رشت حدود 5 کیلومتر و تا شهرداری رشت حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف با دسترسی 4 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و ایوان بزرگ می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و بالکن قرار دارد، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید بالکن کلبه فاقد نرده می باشد لذا مراقب کودک دلبند خود باشید.
محوطه کلبه با دیوار محصور شده است و به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر الی یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
گفتنی است سوخت مصرفی اقامتگاه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 10 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی می باشد که قابل تردد با خودرو است.
