این ویلا یکخوابه به همراه حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز در روستای رودبال واقع شده است که با شهر سپیدان حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا در طبقه همکف دارای سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 10 پله از بیرون ساختمان دارای سالن پذیرایی، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده است و اتاقک نگهبانی در ابتدای این محوطه حضور دارد، همچنین سوخت مصرفی این ویلا از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
