این مجموعه بومگردی که شامل 5 اتاق است در منطقه تیاب میناب جزیره هرمز واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا و قلعه پرتغالی ها حدود یک کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق 15 متری دارای سرویس کفخواب و کولر اسپیلت می باشد که ورودی اتاق در پذیرایی مشترک قرار دارد، توجه کنید که سرویس بهداشتی در محوطه حیاط و بصورت مشترک قابل استفاده است.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان سالن نشیمن مبله، آشپزخانه مشترک، حیاط دلباز با میز و نیمکت، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و سرویس ایرانی را نام برد.
محوطه مجموعه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همین مجموعه سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید در این اقامتگاه طبخ غذا بصورت سلامت محور و با مواد اولیه گیاهی و دریایی تهیه می شود که در وعده های صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
