این خانه ویلایی رو به منظره زیبای جنگل و برکه در روستای واسکس واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر قائمشهر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه در مجاورت برکه قرار دارد و تراس دنج آن فضای مناسبی برای دورهمی مهمانان و لذت بردن از چشم انداز فضای اطراف برای مهمانان فراهم می کند.
اطراف حیاط با نرده محصور می باشد و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 3 کیلومتر ممکن است.
