این خانه مبله دو خوابه که دارای تراسی رو به دریا است، با فاصله حدود 10 متری از ساحل دریا و حدود 20 کیلومتری کنگان در بندرسیراف قرار دارد.
ساختمان در شیب زمین بنا شده و این واحد با دسترسی حدود 12 پله به سمت بالا در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده است و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود همچنین میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ساختمان حضور دارد.
