این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است در شهر سرخرود واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود 500 متر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، جکوزی، میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال دستی و تراس دلباز فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
طراحی این واحد در طبقه همکف با دسترسی حدود 3 پله دارای استخر سرپوشیده با دسترسی از پذیرایی، جکوزی، سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد، در طبقه دوم نیز فضای نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و تراس قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
