این سوئیت دو خوابه در روستای مغیطیه واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر آبادان حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این مجموعه اقامتی گردشگری 13 واحدی به همراه امکاناتی نظیر سوارکاری، قایق رانی، اسکله و آلاچیق های چوبی می باشد که به صورت رایگان در اختیار مهمانان قرار میگیرد.
خانه دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و از مشاعات می توان به پارکینگ، محوطه، آلاچیق اشاره کرد.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت روزانه در ورودی ساختمان مستقر است، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و راه پله مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است اقامتگاه فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری است و سوخت آن از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد، همچنین آب لوله کشی فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
