این کلبه سوئیسی که دارای دو اتاق خواب می باشد با چشم انداز زیبای کوه و استخر روباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای سرکوسرا واقع شده است که تا شهر رامسر حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود استخر روباز، جکوزی، تراسی مجهز به میز و صندلی باغی فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان گرامی فراهم نموده است.
کلبه به روی شیب جاده واقع شده است که در طبقه زیر همکف با دسترسی حدود 8 پله به سمت پایین دارای استخر روباز و حیاطی دلباز می باشد، همچنین در طبقه همکف شامل سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، تراس به همراه جکوزی، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی است و دو اتاق خواب هم در طبقه بالا قرار دارد.
محوطه کلبه از سه طرف با فنس و از سمت جنگل فاقد حصار می باشد و سرایدار نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از کلبه حضور دارد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
