این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای فشتکه اول و با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از شهر بندرانزلی واقع شده است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی است.
