این ویلا دوبلکس با دو اتاق خواب مستر و استخر سرپوشیده در روستای کردامیر از توابع شهریار واقع شده است که با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 34 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی این ویلا می توان آلاچیق با میز و صندلی و مبلمان راحتی با چتر سایبان را نام برد که در حیاطی دلباز و محوطه سازی شده تعبیه شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب مستر و تراس قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید که ویلا دارای اتاق خواب سوم نیز می باشد که در آن قفل و غیر قابل استفاده برای مهمانان است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان به جهت تحویل ویلا در همین محوطه سکونت دارد که در زمان حضور مهمان ویلا را تخلیه و بصورت دربست در اختیار قرار می دهد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
