این ویلای دو خوابه در روستای دانیال واقع شده است که تا شهر متل قو حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی می باشد و با دسترسی حدود دو پله به اولین اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با حمام دسترسی خواهید داشت و در ادامه با پیمودن حدود 6 پله دیگر رو به بالا ، اتاق خواب دوم و روف تعبیه شده است، همچنین ورودی استخر با دسترسی حدود 3 پله رو به پایین در ایوان قرار گرفته است، در نظر داشته باشید جکوزی موجود در تصاویر غیرفعال است.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار کوتاه و نرده محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
