این خانه ویلایی سه خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز در منطقه صدرا واقع شده و با ورودی شهر شیراز حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخرروباز، حیاط دلباز، آلاچیق، بالکن اشاره کرد که فضا مناسبی جهت دورهمی و شب نشینی مهمانان عزیز فراهم کرده است.
