این اتاق به همراه صبحانه رایگان در یک مجموعه بومگردی 10 واحدی در روستای سهیلی و در فاصله حدود 22 کیلومتری از جزیره قشم واقع شده است که تا فرودگاه نیز حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد
این اتاق 20 متری دارای دو تخت خواب دو نفره، اسپیلت، بخاری برقی، یخچال و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به حوضچه روباز برای بازی کودکان، حیاط دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی و سرویس ایرانی اشاره کرد.
