این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای برمچه از توابع خمام با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از شهر رشت واقع شده است.
خانه دارای ایوانی دنج با چشم انداز شالیزار بوده و در مجاورت استخر ماهی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با فنس محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه و دروازه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
