این سوئیت یکخوابه مستر در منطقه رشتیان شهر رشت واقع شده است که با میدان شهرداری رشت حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان چهار طبقه چهار واحدی قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و دروازه ورودی به صورت مجزا مورد استفاده می باشد.
