این کلبه یکخوابه مستر با حیاطی دلباز که دارای تاب می باشد در روستای مهدیخان محله واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسال حدود دو کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با نمای شیشه ای و دسترسی حدود 8 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی می باشد.
سفارش و سرو غذا در وعده های صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
محوطه اطراف کلبه با دیوار و فنس محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 20 متر و 500 متر ممکن است. همچنین امکان خرید اقلام مصرفی توسط میزبان با هماهنگی قبلی امکان پذیر است.
