این خانه روستایی با امکان سفارش غذای محلی به همراه حیاط سرسبز و دلباز در روستای طالب دره واقع شده است که با شهر شاندرمن حدود 16 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
امکاناتی نظیر کرسی سنتی ، میز و صندلی و حیاط دلباز فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و تجربه زندگی روستایی فراهم نموده است.
اطراف حیاط با سیم خاردار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه خانه مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد. در نظر داشته باشید در این خانه به سبک زندگی روستایی از طیور نگهداری می شود.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت این خانه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
