این خانه ویلایی یک خوابه مستر با حیاطی دلباز به همراه تاب دونفره در شهر ماهدشت واقع شده است که تا شهر کرج حدود 19 کیلومتر و تا ورودی تهران حدود 32 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب مستر می باشد. گفتنی است تنها سرویس ایرانی ویلا در حیاط قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
