این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با فاصله چند قدمی از رودخانه بابل رود در روستای کاردرکلا واقع شده است که با شیرگاه حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی این کلبه می توان وان جکوزی، آلاچیق و بالکن با چشم انداز جنگل و رودخانه را نام برد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با وان جکوزی و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد که یک اتاق دارای بالکن دلباز با چشم انداز رودخانه می باشد.
محوطه حیاط کلبه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط، دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
