این ویلای دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در خیابان بهارستان شمالی نوشهر واقع شده است که با فرودگاه حدود یک کیلومتر و تا ساحل دریا حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد. گفتنی است تنها سرویس ایرانی ویلا در حیاط قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر امکان پذیر می باشد.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g می باشد.
