این ویلا یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در جاده امامزاده محمد ابن جعفر واقع شده است که تا شهر دزفول حدود 14 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، تاب ریلکسی، سیستم صوتی و میز و صندلی باغی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و نگهبان از ساعت 18 الی 8 صبح در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت این ویلا از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
