این واحد با دسترسی حدود 15 پله دارای نشیمن، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده و ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با مهمانان واحد دیگر استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود سه کیلومتری واحد استفاده نمایند.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
