The cottage's design features a lower floor with a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with both Iranian and Western-style toilets. The upper floor hosts an open-plan bedroom and a balcony. The surrounding area of the complex is enclosed by a low wall on all four sides, and a caretaker resides in the vicinity. The entrance gate and common grounds are shared with guests from other units. Guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately 150 meters from the cottage for their daily necessities. Please note that breakfast, lunch, and dinner services are available upon prior arrangement with the host and at an additional cost. Mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G. It is worth mentioning that approximately 50 meters of the road leading to the cottage is unpaved.
