از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به آشپزخانه، سرویس فرنگی، حیاط دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی، تخت سنتی و فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
