این ویلا دو خوابه و دو طبقه در روستای تکه لر واقع شده است که تا شهر گنبد کاووس حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا مجهز به استخر سرپوشیده، میز فوتبال دستی، سیستم صوتی و دارای حیاطی دلباز و محوطه سازی شده با میز و صندلی و آبنما می باشد که فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف استخر قرار دارد و با حدود 12 پله دسترسی در طبقه دوم پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور می باشد و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته به پارکینگ و حیاط اشراف دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 50 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 250 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
